Congratulations are in order for the renowned Martín Berasategui, chef of Abama Resort’s 2-star Michelin restaurant, M.B. Berasategui was honoured in the TripAdvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards this month, winning best restaurant in three separate categories: the world, Europe, and Spain.
Berasategui’s restaurant Martin Berasategui, in Lasarte, won best restaurant in the world for the second year running, and is accompanied by two other Spanish restaurants in the Top 25 internationally and an additional two restaurants in the Top 25 in Europe. The rankings are drawn from a TripAdvisor algorithm whose calculation derives from the quantity and quality of positive reviews from TripAdvisor users.
