Each of these independent homes is set on a spacious plot in our Las Atalayas community and boasts 250 m2 or more of built space, with all-suite bedrooms and ample outdoor terraces. Designed by the award-winning Corona-Amaral architecture studio, the modern lines of these beautiful homes are the perfect complement to their stunning ocean views. ## Freehold independent villas These three villas at Las Atalayas represent a unique opportunity to buy a villa for those who do not want to rent their home during the time they are away from Abama. There are no rental or management contracts associated with this community, so owners are free to dispose of their property as they will. Buyers can live in their home year-round or plan a spur-of-the-moment getaway whenever they like. Abama does, however, offer personalized maintenance and/or management contracts for owners interested in contracting pool maintenance, landscaping services, or any other type of assistance. These services are offered à-la-carte through a separate on-site team, ensuring quality attention and care. ## Spacious and versatile residences Each of these villas has three en-suite bathrooms plus an additional half-bath, as well as a unique modern design that complements the rest of the homes in this exclusive 13-villa community.
