Abama Resort Tenerife: a holiday destination from anywhere in Europe

Imagine you could travel to a holiday destination every weekend with the best climate in Europe. Having an easy escape from the cold of the continent is one of the most important things to consider when choosing a second home.

That the Canary Islands are a little piece of paradise is something travellers can confirm as soon as they land on the archipelago. Their tropical climate and their privileged location in the southern Atlantic mean that no other place in Europe can compete with the islands. And Tenerife, with the Teide rising to meet the skies, offers incomparable landscapes thanks to the communion between its beaches and the exotic vegetation growing on the hillsides of the mythic volcano.

Easy access from anywhere in Europe makes Guía de Isora and Abama Luxury Residences’ real estate offer one of the most attractive in Europe, putting the marvels of the Tenerife landscape and the first-class services of one of the continent’s most prestigious luxury resorts just hours away. Abama offers an incomparable sport and leisure offer that lets you enjoy sun, the sea, and stunning views. Wake up in the icy winter and dine that same day in an eternal spring.

No long trans-ocean flights are required to enjoy this holiday destination, nor the wasting of precious hours on uncomfortable stopovers. If there’s something that Tenerife has, it is enviable flight connections with the major European cities.

The island has two international airports: one in the northern part, closer to the capital, Santa Cruz, which receives most of the national air traffic from the main Spanish cities. The other, Tenerife Sur, however, receives a larger volume of direct flights from the larger European capitals: London, Paris, Berlin, Stuttgart, Vienna, Rome, or Moscow. And the airport is just a 20-minute car ride from Abama. There are a number of taxi and rental car services that operate out of the airport, making the transport to our resort quick and easy.

The south of the island receives more than 5 flights per day from the British Isles, principally from Heathrow, Gatwick and Stansted, and many more from the rest of Europe. All are less than 5-hour flights, with the exception of those from Moscow, which require a couple of additional hours.

The proximity of Abama and its Tenerife accommodation to the European mainland means that the fortunate owners of our exclusive residences can allow themselves the luxury of breakfasting in the north of Europe and a few hours later enjoy an extraordinary Michelin-star meal in one of our restaurants or a cocktail on one of our famous terraces overlooking the island of La Gomera. Or the other way around: you can get back to your home Sunday after having enjoyed the very last ray of Canary Island sunshine that same day.

Abama is closer than you could ever dream, and the first week of May we’ll be making a big announcement that will bring it even more within reach. Sign up for our newsletter if you haven’t already done so, and don’t miss an opportunity to become part of this extraordinary community and holiday destination. After all, the greatest luxury in life is time, and there's nowhere better to spend it than on Tenerife holidays.
