The second annual Owners Dinner was celebrated this past 2nd of October in the newly opened Las Terrazas Club. This was the first time that the Las Terrazas luxury apartments residents were able to enjoy their new social club, and it was a great opportunity to show off the completed facilities, whose elegant decoration by Rita Roses was much lauded by all the guests.
Almost 90 people attended our “White Nights” barbeque dinner featuring live jazz music and cocktails on the pool terrace. We heard a few words from our special guest, the Urban Planning and Tourism Minister of Guía de Isora, José Miguel Mesa, and received a screening of his department’s new Guía de Isora promotional video. He also treated us to some delectable artisanal desserts and pastries from the region.
Elodie Casola, the event organizer and Marketing Director for Arum Group, welcomed all the guests and presented the Abama Luxury Residences team so critical to making our community a success. She gave a brief summary of all the impressive advances of the last 12 months: 27 Las Terrazas luxury apartments completely finished, 5 custom villas completed with 2 in construction, and 3 Bellevue turn-key homes ready for delivery within the next 2 months.
The guests remained at the party well into the evening before heading home to their residences. Another successful celebration in our new social club, and we look forward to many more!
