Those who fall into this latter category can tout any number of reasons for their preference. Buying off plan may seem like too much of a leap of faith, especially as a foreign buyer. Or perhaps, having fallen in love with the Canary Islands lifestyle, they don’t want to wait another day for their enjoyment to begin. Whatever the reason, Abama has built property available that will surpass all your expectations. Located in the archipelago’s top resort, these properties have a number of benefits that place them well above the competition. ## Special offers At the moment, we have two limited-time offers on a handful of built properties at Abama. One is designed to provide steady, guaranteed returns to those who are buying as an investment and only plan to use their property themselves for a few weeks per year. The other is a special discount on the offering price, plus a golf buggy, a bonus our golf lovers are sure to adore. This second offer was created for owners who plan to spend substantial portions of the year at Abama, enjoying its full leisure offer. ## Last units These built properties represent the last units in some of our lines and communities. This is a unique opportunity to get a special price on some of our finest new construction, giving yourself a greater margin should you decide to resell in the future. If you choose the investment offer, you’ll know with certainty the returns you can expect over the coming years. ## Resort facilities Recently, a number of new developments have come onto the market in the south of Tenerife, but none has a complementary leisure offer that begins to compare with Abama’s. Owners of our properties have an 18-hole golf course, 7 tennis courts and 4 padel courts, a beach, two spas, and 15 restaurants just outside their door. Children have their own dedicated space in the form of the Abama Kids Camp. There’s also 24-hour security, ensuring that your home is always protected, even when you are away. ## Residences with hotel services Abama’s built properties in Tenerife are all zoned for tourism, meaning they are managed, maintained, and let by our in-house team. Their rental is as part of a 5-star hotel complex, and hotel services are available to our owners as well as guests. Housekeeping, laundry, transport within the resort, airport transfers, and more, are all available through our 24-hour concierge services. You can check in any time you like; we’ll be waiting. ## Owner benefits To ensure our owners can make the most of their spectacular surroundings, Abama offers a long list of Owner Benefits. These include major discounts on green fees and court rental, as well as on equipment. There are also special prices in a number of our restaurants and boutiques, at the Abama Kids Camp, and in Sandára Wellness & Spa. ## Begin earning returns With an Abama built property in Tenerife, you’ll begin to enjoy your home away from home immediately, as well as begin earning benefits. You won’t have to wait months for construction of your off-plan home to be completed. These homes are ready to be moved into right away. ## Property appreciation With the special offers on these last built units, you’ll have an even greater advantage in terms of the appreciation of your property. The time to buy in the southwest of Tenerife is now, before these exclusive homes disappear. With every passing year, property prices have risen in the area, and those who stand to benefit the most are those who purchase early in a destination with a secure future. ## New construction These properties are all brand new construction, so they won’t require major maintenance or refurbishment for many years to come. While there are resales available that might attract interest because of their price points, it’s important to consider the medium- and long-term costs of buying a property that was constructed 10 years ago. Abama has always prided itself on the quality of our construction; you can rest assured that your purchase is built to last. ## Fully furnished, parking included From the day you sign your deed, you’ll be able to walk into your property and be completely at home. Our tourism properties come fully furnished with top brands, and the kitchens are functional and fully equipped. What’s more, each apartment and villa comes with parking included and a storage room for any items you prefer to stow away. ## Los Jardines de Abama Just a couple of units remain in Line 3 of our [Los Jardines de Abama](https://www.abamahotelresort.com/en/luxury-properties-tenerife/luxury-apartments-for-sale) community. Each of these luxury apartments has 2 bedrooms and a garden and spacious terrace facing the Atlantic Ocean. The open-plan living area benefits from the beautiful natural light that pours in from the floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. Thanks to the incredible year-round springlike temperatures, Los Jardines offer indoor-outdoor living you can only dream of in the north of Europe. These apartments were designed by Coderch Urbanismo & Arquitectura, one of the Canary Islands’ top firms and winners of numerous prizes for architecture and civil works projects. ## Las Villas del Tenis Only one unit remains in our exclusive collection of 20 holiday villas, [Las Villas del Tenis](https://www.abamahotelresort.com/en/luxury-properties-tenerife/luxury-villas-tenerife-for-sale). This compact 3-bedroom masterpiece is distributed over two floors looking out over its private infinity pool and the ocean beyond. For those who seek space, privacy, and exquisite design, Las Villas del Tenis is the right answer. Virgilio Gutiérrez and Eustaquio Martínez, the architects behind the project, not only lent their expertise for the creation of the Bellevue community at Abama, but also to numerous prizewinning public works and the design of the Tenerife North airport. The reasons to pursue a built property in Tenerife are many, and among the available properties, those at Abama Luxury Residences top the list. With limited-time special offers and the same outstanding features of the rest of our properties, they are an unparalleled choice on an island that’s a true oasis. ##### Published in category [Properties](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/tag/properties) ##### Share this post - [facebook](http://www.facebook.com/share.php?u=https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/built-property-in-tenerife-begin-your-life-in-paradise-now) - [google-plus](https://plus.google.com/share?url=https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/built-property-in-tenerife-begin-your-life-in-paradise-now) - [twitter](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?url=https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/built-property-in-tenerife-begin-your-life-in-paradise-now&text=Built%20property%20in%20Tenerife:%20begin%20your%20life%20in%20paradise%20now) - [linkedin2](http://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/built-property-in-tenerife-begin-your-life-in-paradise-now) ### Recent posts [![Build a private villa in the Canary Islands’ premier resort](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/buy-a-plot-of-land-canary-islands%202.jpg?width=638&name=buy-a-plot-of-land-canary-islands%202.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/build-a-private-villa-in-the-canary-islands-premier-resort?hsLang=en) Posted 06/07/2026 [Build a private villa in the Canary Islands’ premier resort](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/build-a-private-villa-in-the-canary-islands-premier-resort?hsLang=en) [![Abama awards nominations 2026](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Abama%20Nominations%202025-1.jpg?width=638&name=Abama%20Nominations%202025-1.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/abama-resort-award-nominations-2026?hsLang=en) Posted 30/06/2026 [Abama Resort Award Nominations 2026](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/abama-resort-award-nominations-2026?hsLang=en) [![enjoy the night sky from your home at Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/see%20astronomical%20phenomena%20this%20summer%20from%20your%20home%20at%20Abama.jpg?width=638&name=see%20astronomical%20phenomena%20this%20summer%20from%20your%20home%20at%20Abama.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/this-summer-enjoy-the-night-sky-from-your-home-at-abama?hsLang=en) Posted 25/06/2026 [This summer, enjoy the night sky from your home at Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/this-summer-enjoy-the-night-sky-from-your-home-at-abama?hsLang=en) [![Las unit in Las Atalayas villas Abama Resort](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/last%20unit%20in%20Las%20Atalayas%20Abama%20Resort.jpg?width=638&name=last%20unit%20in%20Las%20Atalayas%20Abama%20Resort.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/last-unit-in-las-atalayas-buy-a-luxury-villa-in-tenerife?hsLang=en) Posted 16/06/2026 [Last Unit in Las Atalayas: Buy a Luxury Villa in Tenerife](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/last-unit-in-las-atalayas-buy-a-luxury-villa-in-tenerife?hsLang=en) [![Festivals and summer celebrations near your home at Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/romerias%20and%20festivals%20near%20your%20home%20at%20Abama.jpg?width=638&name=romerias%20and%20festivals%20near%20your%20home%20at%20Abama.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/festivals-and-summer-celebrations-near-your-home-at-abama?hsLang=en) Posted 09/06/2026 [Festivals and summer celebrations near your home at Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/festivals-and-summer-celebrations-near-your-home-at-abama?hsLang=en) [![The finest move-in-ready luxury penthouse in Tenerife: Los Jardines de Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/move-in%20ready%20luxury%20penthouse%20in%20Tenerife%20Abama%20Resort.jpg?width=638&name=move-in%20ready%20luxury%20penthouse%20in%20Tenerife%20Abama%20Resort.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/the-finest-move-in-ready-luxury-penthouse-in-tenerife-los-jardines-de-abama?hsLang=en) Posted 22/05/2026 [The finest move-in-ready luxury penthouse in Tenerife: Los Jardines de Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/the-finest-move-in-ready-luxury-penthouse-in-tenerife-los-jardines-de-abama?hsLang=en) #### Abama Resort Brochure 2019 Get your copy of the latest Abama Resort brochure today.
