Die Insel ist seit jeher eher für ihre vielfältigen Landschaften und ihr mildes Klima bekannt. Aber Abama plant, das zu ändern. Im vergangenen Jahr wurde die erste unserer Bellevue **Luxusvillen** zum Verkauf freigegeben und legte damit den Grundstein für eine exklusive Gemeinde neben unserem Golfplatz. Abgetrennt vom Rest des Resorts, bieten diese elegant eingerichteten Häuser einen atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer und ein eindrucksvolles zeitgenössisches Design. Mit ihren klaren Linien, organischen Materialien und gläsernen Wänden erinnern die Bellevue Villen an Le Corbusier und an das Mid-Century Modern-Design in Kalifornien. Sie werden komplett bezugsbereit übergeben, inklusive Landschaftsgestaltung. Und wie es sich für jedes echte Inselhaus gehört, verfügt jede der zweigeschossigen Villen über einen privaten Pool im Erdgeschoss sowie einen zusätzlichen Mini-Pool auf der obersten Etage. Agustí Gomez, einer der Hauptarchitekten der Gemeinde, erklärt, für wen die Villen geschaffen wurden: „Bellevue wurde mit einer ganz bestimmten Art von Käufer im Sinn geschaffen. Der Besitzer eines Bellevue-Anwesens auf Teneriffa sucht nicht einfach nur nach vier Wänden, die er im Urlaub bewohnen kann. Er oder sie will ein zweites Zuhause, das genauso sorgfältig eingerichtet und gepflegt ist wie sein Hauptwohnsitz. Diese Häuser sind Prachtexemplare.“ Nicht zu vergessen, die Bedeutung des Interieurs. Wunderschöne Architektur braucht Geschmack, und davon besitzt unsere Dekorateurin, Rita Rosés, mehr als genug. Ihre besonderen Fähigkeiten erwarb sie vor Jahrzehnten mit der Einrichtung der Palace- und Ritz-Hotels in Madrid, doch mittlerweile bevorzugt sie die Kunst des intimeren Designs von Privathäusern. > Bei ihrem Design lässt sie sich von der Architektur der Villen inspirieren: „Die Grundlagen für die Inneneinrichtung eines Hauses sollten, soweit es mich betrifft, immer auf der Architektur, die sie definiert, beruhen. Mit den Bellevue Villen in Abama ist das definitiv der Fall. Die zeitgenössischen eindrucksvollen Außenfassaden der Anwesen waren mein Ausgangspunkt für die Farben, die Texturen und die Komposition von allem, was in ihnen enthalten ist, und haben den Stil, in dem sie fertiggestellt wurden, eindeutig bestimmt.“ 24-Stunden-Sicherheit und hohe Standards bleiben die Norm in Abama und unser Hausverwaltungsdienst sorgt dafür, dass die Häuser stets so makellos sauber sind wie am Tag der Schlüsselübergabe. Eine Luxusvilla, deren Schönheit niemals verblasst?
