We are delighted to announce that we will host Spanish fitness guru Cesc Escolà, a trainer who loves to inspire people to move. He was the fitness trainer for Operación Triunfo in 2020 and, during the lockdown, he aired the program "Muévete en casa" on TVE, a daily program designed to help people exercise at home. He has more than 113,000 followers on Instagram, 16,500 subscribers to his YouTube channel, and more than 15,000 followers on Twitter. He’ll join us for two Master Classes and a special online session for Abama owners and Las Terrazas de Abama Suites guests. **The dates for Abama Wellness Week are the 28th of June to the 4th of July.** In honor of the inauguration of the Bach Care Center at Abama, one of its founders, cardiovascular specialist Dr. Samaniego, has planned a special Friday wellness session that will let you learn more about cardiovascular health and the positive effects of relaxation, good nutrition, and exercise on your heart. And, in concert with Actividades Náuticas de Tenerife, located on the waterfront of Playa San Juan, we have organized several watersport activities that will get you out on the water and enjoying one of Tenerife’s greatest natural resources while you put your body in motion. As we add more activities and options for this fitness-inspired Abama Wellness Week, we will update this post, so check back for more offers.
