Ce sont les 23, 24 et 25 mai, au Centre International de Ferial Y Congresos de Ténérife, que se retrouveront les plus belles entreprises professionnelles de la gastronomie Iles Canaries, afin de présenter, positionner et promouvoir les produits et les services offerts par le secteur, de quoi vous mettre l’eau à la bouche ! Vous pourrez suivre le 13ème Championnat Absolu de Cuisine des Canaries et assister aux différents ateliers, classes et présentations de cuisine. Si vous avez la chance de résider à Abama, vous découvrirez les créations alléchantes de Martin Berasategui, du restaurant Txoko et serez sans nul doute intéressé par la conférence « comment élaborer une carte », donnée par son directeur Alberto Rojas et son sommelier Rodrigo González. Outre les rendez-vous professionnels, le salon Gastrocanarias proposera un concours qui réunira les plus habiles à remplir un verre de bière pression, des cours de cocktails, des dégustations de vin, des ateliers de tapas et des dizaines de produits à déguster.
