The Las Terrazas Club has finally opened its doors and the entire Abama Luxury Properties team is thrilled to show it off. This beautiful three-story structure boasts incredible views and elegant interior design by Rita Roses, the decorator of the Las Terrazas luxury apartments, and is fast becoming the social hub of Las Terrazas. After months of anticipation, we were extremely happy to host a launch party on the 17th of September exclusively designed for our network of loyal and hardworking Abama sales agents.
Sponsored by Banca March, the event brought together some 100 invitees, most of whom already work with us, in addition to external sales agents eager to hear more about the services and products we offer to prospective owners of our luxury apartments and custom villas. Our guests enjoyed a DJ on the pool terrace, as well as drinks and a cocktail dinner served by My Way, the operator of Las Terrazas. Our aim was to repeat the party we threw for our agents last September, this time unveiling the newly finished Las Terrazas Club. We hope to make this event a yearly affair, designed to highlight property news and achievements, and allowing us to spend some quality time together.
In addition to the sales agents, some of the attendees included Juan Carlos Bermejo (Director of the Abama Luxury Residences office in Adeje) and Yvonne Niemeyer, and a number of representatives of Arum Group: Sales Director Vicente Mestre, Abama Luxury Residences Director Manolo Lopez, Marketing and Communications Director Elodie Casola, Sales staff Maria Moreno and Andrea Farkas, and Marketing and Guest Relations Coordinator Paula Cortezo.
A presentation was given by Juan Lima of Coderch, the architects responsible for executing Melvin Villarroel’s design of Las Terrazas and the Las Terrazas Club, detailing Villarroel’s original vision and its adaptation to the current requirements of the project. Vicente Mestre also announced our newest set of luxury properties: the Casas del Lago. While still under development, we will probably launch this new offer at the end of the year.
