Los Jardines de Abama responds directly to that priority: a residential community in its final phases of construction within one of the most established resorts in the south of the island, with an Atlantic setting, a wonderful climate year-round, and a casually elegant lifestyle. Delivered as shown, the property is ready to enjoy, with high-quality finishes, terraces, and shared spaces fully realised, complemented by access to the golf course, Michelin-starred restaurants, spa facilities and a near-private beach. Of the eight residential lines at Los Jardines de Abama, only a handful of units remain across three lines. While availability remains in Line 3 and Line 7, particular attention is drawn to a single property in Line 8. This is the only remaining upper floor duplex within the Los Jardines de Abama community. The apartment offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms, with its defining feature being a private rooftop terrace of 139 square metres, providing open panoramic views across the Atlantic. The scale of the outdoor space allows for both dining and relaxation, oriented towards uninterrupted sea views. Luxury Property in Tenerife: Turnkey Apartments Available Purchasing an apartment at Los Jardines de Abama today allows prospective buyers to visit and assess the property directly, including its orientation, elevation, finishes and overall setting. This immediacy remains one of its principal advantages. As one of the most established residential products within Abama Resort, Los Jardines de Abama has attracted sustained interest from both private buyers and investors. The apartments are fully equipped and, when not in use, are incorporated into the Abama Hotels rental programme, generating income while ensuring ongoing maintenance to a consistent standard. With new residential phases expected from 2026, the remaining units at Los Jardines de Abama represent a near-term opportunity to enter the Abama lifestyle. For those considering the purchase of a luxury apartment in Tenerife seeking the unique appeal of Abama combined with immediate occupancy, this represents a particularly timely opportunity. As further inventory is prepared for release, demand for units available for immediate occupation has already begun to increase. ##### Published in category [Properties](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/tag/properties) ##### Share this post - [facebook](http://www.facebook.com/share.php?u=https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/luxury-apartment-in-tenerife-last-release-of-los-jardines-de-abama) - [google-plus](https://plus.google.com/share?url=https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/luxury-apartment-in-tenerife-last-release-of-los-jardines-de-abama) - [twitter](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?url=https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/luxury-apartment-in-tenerife-last-release-of-los-jardines-de-abama&text=Luxury%20Apartment%20in%20Tenerife:%20Last%20release%20of%20Los%20Jardines%20de%20Abama) - [linkedin2](http://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/luxury-apartment-in-tenerife-last-release-of-los-jardines-de-abama) ### Recent posts [![Build a private villa in the Canary Islands’ premier resort](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/buy-a-plot-of-land-canary-islands%202.jpg?width=638&name=buy-a-plot-of-land-canary-islands%202.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/build-a-private-villa-in-the-canary-islands-premier-resort?hsLang=en) Posted 06/07/2026 [Build a private villa in the Canary Islands’ premier resort](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/build-a-private-villa-in-the-canary-islands-premier-resort?hsLang=en) [![Abama awards nominations 2026](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Abama%20Nominations%202025-1.jpg?width=638&name=Abama%20Nominations%202025-1.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/abama-resort-award-nominations-2026?hsLang=en) Posted 30/06/2026 [Abama Resort Award Nominations 2026](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/abama-resort-award-nominations-2026?hsLang=en) [![enjoy the night sky from your home at Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/see%20astronomical%20phenomena%20this%20summer%20from%20your%20home%20at%20Abama.jpg?width=638&name=see%20astronomical%20phenomena%20this%20summer%20from%20your%20home%20at%20Abama.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/this-summer-enjoy-the-night-sky-from-your-home-at-abama?hsLang=en) Posted 25/06/2026 [This summer, enjoy the night sky from your home at Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/this-summer-enjoy-the-night-sky-from-your-home-at-abama?hsLang=en) [![Las unit in Las Atalayas villas Abama Resort](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/last%20unit%20in%20Las%20Atalayas%20Abama%20Resort.jpg?width=638&name=last%20unit%20in%20Las%20Atalayas%20Abama%20Resort.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/last-unit-in-las-atalayas-buy-a-luxury-villa-in-tenerife?hsLang=en) Posted 16/06/2026 [Last Unit in Las Atalayas: Buy a Luxury Villa in Tenerife](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/last-unit-in-las-atalayas-buy-a-luxury-villa-in-tenerife?hsLang=en) [![Festivals and summer celebrations near your home at Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/romerias%20and%20festivals%20near%20your%20home%20at%20Abama.jpg?width=638&name=romerias%20and%20festivals%20near%20your%20home%20at%20Abama.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/festivals-and-summer-celebrations-near-your-home-at-abama?hsLang=en) Posted 09/06/2026 [Festivals and summer celebrations near your home at Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/festivals-and-summer-celebrations-near-your-home-at-abama?hsLang=en) [![The finest move-in-ready luxury penthouse in Tenerife: Los Jardines de Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/move-in%20ready%20luxury%20penthouse%20in%20Tenerife%20Abama%20Resort.jpg?width=638&name=move-in%20ready%20luxury%20penthouse%20in%20Tenerife%20Abama%20Resort.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/the-finest-move-in-ready-luxury-penthouse-in-tenerife-los-jardines-de-abama?hsLang=en) Posted 22/05/2026 [The finest move-in-ready luxury penthouse in Tenerife: Los Jardines de Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/the-finest-move-in-ready-luxury-penthouse-in-tenerife-los-jardines-de-abama?hsLang=en) #### Abama Resort Brochure 2019 Get your copy of the latest Abama Resort brochure today.
