Abama Resort](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hubfs/luxury-built-apartments-to-buy-in-tenerife-abama-resort.jpg) The demand for apartments to buy in Tenerife has increased sharply over the past few years as prospective buyers learn more about the Island of Eternal Spring and fall in love with everything it has to offer. Not only is Tenerife a diverse island filled with natural wonders and fascinating traditions, but its weather makes it an ideal getaway for Northern Europeans who love to golf during the winter months. Abama Resort offers a wide range of properties to choose from, depending on your family’s needs and preferences, but of particular note are the apartments for sale in our Los Jardines de Abama community, where elegance and functionality go hand in hand. ## Built properties at Abama: ready to welcome you Right now, there are a handful of built properties at Abama available and ready to move into. They are fully furnished, both indoors and out, including kitchen equipment and appliances and all the terrace furniture and landscaping. Don’t wait months or years for your apartment to be built; if you’re ready to begin your life at Abama, we’re ready to welcome you. The [Los Jardines de Abama apartments](https://www.abamahotelresort.com/en/luxury-properties-tenerife/luxury-apartments-for-sale) are fully managed and maintained by our in-house operations team. Every time you arrive at your property, you’ll find it in pristine condition and ready for your use. Ask us about this exclusive collection of 2- and 3-bedroom built properties at Abama. ![luxury-built-apartments-to-buy-in-tenerife-abama-resort-4](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/luxury-built-apartments-to-buy-in-tenerife-abama-resort-4.jpg?width=683&height=456&name=luxury-built-apartments-to-buy-in-tenerife-abama-resort-4.jpg) ## Apartments with management included As properties zoned for tourism, Los Jardines are apartments with management included. They are cared for, year-round, by Abama, with teams dedicated to housekeeping, maintenance, design, marketing, and rental. Owners can enjoy the apartments for their personal use up to 6 months of the year, and earn rental income when they are away. Occupancy, check-in, check-out, and hotel services are provided to your renters in a premium package far beyond what you could offer as an independent homeowner. It’s a hassle-free way to earn short-term as well as long-term benefits from your property. ## Luxury apartments in Tenerife Quality is what marks all standards at Abama, and our luxury apartments in Tenerife are the best you will find on the island. Each has spacious bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, and the Primary Suites all lead directly onto the outdoor terraces via floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors. Designed by the award-winning Coderch Urbanismo y Arquitectura studio, the apartments are ingeneously arranged to offer privacy and stunning views. Natural materials like wood and volcanic rock bind these homes harmoniously to the native landscape, and they take their most important aesthetic influences from the Atlantic horizon. With terraces at least the full width of the apartment, there is ample room for outdoor rest and dining. The ground floor apartments also benefit from a garden facing the ocean. ![luxury-built-apartments-to-buy-in-tenerife-abama-resort-3](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/luxury-built-apartments-to-buy-in-tenerife-abama-resort-3.jpg?width=1400&height=705&name=luxury-built-apartments-to-buy-in-tenerife-abama-resort-3.jpg) ## Owner rates and benefits at Abama Resort Abama stands apart from other residences on the island by virtue of its apartments’ location within a resort. Everything you could possibly need, you’ll easily find at hand. Owners can indulge in their passions, whether golf, tennis, wellness, or dining, at reduced rates and with special offers. We are proud to organize an annual gala weekend of activities for our owners, as well as other excursions and events throughout the year. When Abama hosts important events such as ATP or LET tournaments, we are often able to offer free tickets to owners who would like to attend. These are but a few of the ways that life in this active community offers value added to those who choose to invest. ![luxury-built-apartments-to-buy-in-tenerife-abama-resort-2](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/luxury-built-apartments-to-buy-in-tenerife-abama-resort-2.jpg?width=1400&height=933&name=luxury-built-apartments-to-buy-in-tenerife-abama-resort-2.jpg) Most importantly, our owners know they can wake and play a round of golf; book a table at a Michelin-starred restaurant on the grounds while their children enjoy an active day at the Abama Kids Camp; order lunch poolside; snorkel at the Abama Beach; or just relax on their private terrace with a book and a spectacular sunset. When you begin to explore the apartments to buy in Tenerife, spend time where you’ll be building your future. Whether built or off-plan, large or small, there’s a home waiting that’s perfect for you. The endlessly fascinating island of Tenerife has secret corners where the life you’ve been dreaming of awaits. ##### Published in category [Properties](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/tag/properties) ##### Share this post - [facebook](http://www.facebook.com/share.php?u=https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/luxury-built-apartments-to-buy-in-tenerife) - [google-plus](https://plus.google.com/share?url=https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/luxury-built-apartments-to-buy-in-tenerife) - [twitter](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?url=https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/luxury-built-apartments-to-buy-in-tenerife&text=Luxury%20built%20apartments%20to%20buy%20in%20Tenerife) - [linkedin2](http://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/luxury-built-apartments-to-buy-in-tenerife) ### Recent posts [![Build a private villa in the Canary Islands’ premier resort](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/buy-a-plot-of-land-canary-islands%202.jpg?width=638&name=buy-a-plot-of-land-canary-islands%202.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/build-a-private-villa-in-the-canary-islands-premier-resort?hsLang=en) Posted 06/07/2026 [Build a private villa in the Canary Islands’ premier resort](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/build-a-private-villa-in-the-canary-islands-premier-resort?hsLang=en) [![Abama awards nominations 2026](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Abama%20Nominations%202025-1.jpg?width=638&name=Abama%20Nominations%202025-1.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/abama-resort-award-nominations-2026?hsLang=en) Posted 30/06/2026 [Abama Resort Award Nominations 2026](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/abama-resort-award-nominations-2026?hsLang=en) [![enjoy the night sky from your home at Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/see%20astronomical%20phenomena%20this%20summer%20from%20your%20home%20at%20Abama.jpg?width=638&name=see%20astronomical%20phenomena%20this%20summer%20from%20your%20home%20at%20Abama.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/this-summer-enjoy-the-night-sky-from-your-home-at-abama?hsLang=en) Posted 25/06/2026 [This summer, enjoy the night sky from your home at Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/this-summer-enjoy-the-night-sky-from-your-home-at-abama?hsLang=en) [![Las unit in Las Atalayas villas Abama Resort](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/last%20unit%20in%20Las%20Atalayas%20Abama%20Resort.jpg?width=638&name=last%20unit%20in%20Las%20Atalayas%20Abama%20Resort.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/last-unit-in-las-atalayas-buy-a-luxury-villa-in-tenerife?hsLang=en) Posted 16/06/2026 [Last Unit in Las Atalayas: Buy a Luxury Villa in Tenerife](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/last-unit-in-las-atalayas-buy-a-luxury-villa-in-tenerife?hsLang=en) [![Festivals and summer celebrations near your home at Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/romerias%20and%20festivals%20near%20your%20home%20at%20Abama.jpg?width=638&name=romerias%20and%20festivals%20near%20your%20home%20at%20Abama.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/festivals-and-summer-celebrations-near-your-home-at-abama?hsLang=en) Posted 09/06/2026 [Festivals and summer celebrations near your home at Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/festivals-and-summer-celebrations-near-your-home-at-abama?hsLang=en) [![The finest move-in-ready luxury penthouse in Tenerife: Los Jardines de Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/move-in%20ready%20luxury%20penthouse%20in%20Tenerife%20Abama%20Resort.jpg?width=638&name=move-in%20ready%20luxury%20penthouse%20in%20Tenerife%20Abama%20Resort.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/the-finest-move-in-ready-luxury-penthouse-in-tenerife-los-jardines-de-abama?hsLang=en) Posted 22/05/2026 [The finest move-in-ready luxury penthouse in Tenerife: Los Jardines de Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/the-finest-move-in-ready-luxury-penthouse-in-tenerife-los-jardines-de-abama?hsLang=en) #### Abama Resort Brochure 2019 Get your copy of the latest Abama Resort brochure today.
