Not every property on the market lives up to expectations. Some developments are dated, while others are located in areas that are not yet fully established. Drawing on our experience, distinctive architectural vision and careful planning, Abama Resort has created villas with private pools that are truly exceptional. A reflection of the resort’s definitive architectural standpoint and deep respect for our natural surroundings, these homes embody the highest standards of excellence. We are delighted to present a unique opportunity to make one of Abama’s singular villas your home and enjoy the resort’s exceptional lifestyle. Designed by the prestigious Corona-Amaral Arquitectos studio, Las Atalayas de Abama is an exclusive community of just thirteen residences created for discerning buyers. With panoramic views of the golf course and the Atlantic Ocean, they encapsulate everything that makes life unique in this sophisticated community in the Canary Islands. With ten villas already delivered, just two homes remain available. Each villa features three ensuite bedroom/bathrooms and an additional service bathroom, as well as a versatile layout designed to suit families and professionals seeking to integrate a home office. The underground garage offers ample space for a car and a golf buggy, as well as a storage area for extra convenience. Inside, open-plan living areas are filled with natural light, and floor-to-ceiling windows frame uninterrupted ocean views for a calm, uplifting sense of space. Step outside and the generous terrace and garden become the soul of the home, a place made for long, sun-drenched lunches, evening gatherings and quiet moments beside your infinity pool. ## Living in Abama: A Privilege All Year Round Las Atalayas are the only three-bedroom residential villas at Abama Resort, and as freehold residential properties, they offer the possibility of living in Tenerife all year long. The island’s perfect climate allows residents to enjoy unique outdoor experiences in every season, whether they be playing golf on a championship course, improving your technique at the tennis club, or indulging in one of the resort’s fifteen restaurants, one of which holds two Michelin stars. With the Abama Owners Benefits programme, property owners enjoy exclusive discounts and privileges across many of the resort’s facilities. This makes living here a distinctive experience unlike anywhere else in the Canary Islands. Moreover, for business families and professionals looking to establish their residence here, the appeal is further enhanced by the fiscal incentives of the Canary Islands Special Zone (ZEC), which positions the archipelago as a strategic destination for setting up companies. These advantages have attracted international talent, particularly in the digital and audiovisual sectors, creating a dynamic and multicultural community.
