We’re delighted to announce the inauguration of our new sales office and the expansion of Abama Luxury Residences in anticipation of the next phase of development of our resort properties.
Our long-established office in The Ritz-Carlton, Abama, located across from the Reception Desk, will remain open, as will our Properties Desk in the Abama Golf Clubhouse. We encourage guests of the hotel and our golf facilities to pass by at any time if you have questions about our available properties or about the future of our communities. Abama Luxury Residences offers options for all types of buyers, from built properties to custom villas to tourism apartments and villas that generate returns when owners are away.
This new office is located in Plaza Abama, our €14 million community hub at the center of the resort. Plaza Abama is already home to the delightful Tágara restaurant, featuring fresh local fish and Canary Islands cuisine; Sandára Wellness & Spa, our luxurious beauty and relaxation retreat that offers Anne Semonin treatments; the Reception Area of Los Jardines de Abama and one of the community’s infinity pools; the Abama Gourmet supermarket; and the Abama Gallery by Merkarte, which displays the work of promising young local artists chosen by the Tenerife Government. Additional facilities will continue to roll out over the coming year, including a gym, more dining options, and luxury boutiques.
Abama Luxury Residences hosted a delightful evening for our collaborating agencies this week to celebrate the inauguration of the new office. We welcomed more than 20 guests to our cava and canapés reception, which was accompanied by live music on our outdoor patio.
The Plaza Abama office will be a convenient point of contact for all our guests and residents of Los Jardines de Abama, as well as owners of villas located in the upper part of the resort.
