Built Tourism Properties

This season Abama is offering, for the first time, a handful of built properties that are completely ready to move into. Located in our Los Jardines de Abama community, these 2- and 3-bedroom luxury apartments come fully furnished with parking and a storage space included.

These residences represent an effort to expand the variety of available property types, and are designed to meet the needs of buyers who want to begin their Abama experience as soon as possible.

Selected properties in the collection include a 3-bedroom garden duplex with over 71 m2 of outdoor terrace space, and a 2-bedroom first-floor apartment with copious natural light and views of the Atlantic.

Tourism Properties with later delivery dates

If you would like to begin to use your apartment at a later date, we have 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom apartments and duplexes available with delivery dates in 2025 and beyond.

These apartments in Lines 4, 6, and 7 of Los Jardines de Abama offer the broadest choice of layouts and bedroom configurations. They include 1-bedrooms ideal for those who lean towards an investment property profile, and jaw-dropping 3-bedroom duplexes with 100+ m2 outdoor roof terraces.

All our apartments are fully furnished, with parking and a storage room included, and owners receive discounts on our facilities such as golf, tennis, the spa, and more.

Non-tourism independent villas

We have just released three 3-bedroom villas with private pools and gardens with no management or rental contracts. Owners are free to live in these residences year-round if they so desire, with no in-house rental arrangement.

Each of these villas has three en-suite bathrooms plus an additional half-bath, as well as a unique modern design that complements the rest of the homes in this exclusive 13-villa community. They offer a beautiful flow between interior-exterior living spaces.

Non-tourism plots for Custom Villas

We have just released several new premium plots to diversify options for owners who want to build their home to their own specifications. Abama's Custom Villas have long been our largest and most spectacular properties, and a backbone of the resort's singular aesthetic.

The range of plots available, which each have a unique shape and location, will give early buyers the best choice of configuration and views. Owners can also combine plots to build mega-villas, should they so desire.
