Its water circuit alone, the perfect place to prepare your body and mind for our sumptuous treatments, sets the spa apart from the competition with some of the most spectacular views anywhere on the island. And with a hydrotherapy pool, a sauna, a steam bath, an ice fountain, and several other features, its an absolutely sublime experience that's a complimentary part of any of our beauty, relaxation or massage treatments. Whether you're holidaying in one of our Abama Hotels, spending time at your luxury residence or have travelled to Plaza Abama for the express purpose of using the spa, you'll always find a treatment that suits your needs. ## Facial treatments The face is among the most sensitive parts of our bodies, yet receives almost constant exposure to the elements. It's vital that we treat it with kindness and regularly replenish our skin with nutrients. Sandára Wellness & Spa, Abama has found the perfect solution for all skin types: Anne Semonin. This French brand in high demand among the top luxury resorts combines essential oils, natural elements and biotechnology to create formulations personalised to each client's lifestyle. ## Body treatments Nourishing, moisturizing, exfoliating, relaxing and repairing...no matter your needs or desires, with Anne Semonin products, our expert team can create an experience that stimulates the senses and achieves the results you seek. ## Massages The best luxury spa in Tenerife couldn't fail to have a broad and exciting menu of massage treatments, and Sandára once again exceeds expectations. The variety of techniques on the menu meet the needs of every client, from sport enthusiasts looking to ease their muscles to those of us who want to drift into a state of complete relaxation. ## Physiotherapy For clients with specific physical needs or who are already engaged in a regimen of physiotherapy, there's no need to suspend treatment while at Abama. Sandára Wellness & Spa, Abama has adapted equipment, as well as professionals trained in muscle and joint therapy techniques. Our staff are always ready and willing to craft a program that caters to your needs. ## Manicure and pedicure After pampering yourself with a revitalizing mask for hands and feet, make a statement of your nails with the CND products at your disposal at Sandára. Used in the world's top beauty centers, CND's highly durable nail polishes also ensure your nails' long-term health. ## Waxing Lest you frame this self-care activity as an afterthought, Sandára will demonstrate that a job well done will leave your skin soft, hydrated, and well-nourished, with none of the redness or dryness that attends less professional jobs. Surrender to the care of professionals who know how to pamper you with the best products.  ## A special day together Children and teenagers will love the bliss of a spa day as much as you do, and it's even more special because it'll be something you do together. Our double rooms have a special set of options for parent-child treatments. It's a family holiday experience you can be sure they won't forget.  Try the extensive menu of treatments at the best spa in Tenerife, and spend a day immersing yourself in [wellness](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/wellness-inner-health-in-harmony-with-the-environment?hsLang=en) in one of Abama Resort's most welcoming and evocative spaces. The self-care and dedication you deserve is at your fingertips, and you're about to discover the direct relationship between the body and the mind.  ##### Published in category [Wellness](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/tag/wellness) ##### Share this post - [facebook](http://www.facebook.com/share.php?u=https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/the-best-spa-in-tenerife-sandara-wellness-spa-abama) - [google-plus](https://plus.google.com/share?url=https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/the-best-spa-in-tenerife-sandara-wellness-spa-abama) - [twitter](https://twitter.com/intent/tweet?url=https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/the-best-spa-in-tenerife-sandara-wellness-spa-abama&text=The%20best%20spa%20in%20Tenerife:%20Sandára%20Wellness%20&%20Spa,%20Abama) - [linkedin2](http://www.linkedin.com/shareArticle?mini=true&url=https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/the-best-spa-in-tenerife-sandara-wellness-spa-abama) ### Recent posts [![Build a private villa in the Canary Islands’ premier resort](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/buy-a-plot-of-land-canary-islands%202.jpg?width=638&name=buy-a-plot-of-land-canary-islands%202.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/build-a-private-villa-in-the-canary-islands-premier-resort?hsLang=en) Posted 06/07/2026 [Build a private villa in the Canary Islands’ premier resort](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/build-a-private-villa-in-the-canary-islands-premier-resort?hsLang=en) [![Abama awards nominations 2026](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Abama%20Nominations%202025-1.jpg?width=638&name=Abama%20Nominations%202025-1.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/abama-resort-award-nominations-2026?hsLang=en) Posted 30/06/2026 [Abama Resort Award Nominations 2026](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/abama-resort-award-nominations-2026?hsLang=en) [![enjoy the night sky from your home at Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/see%20astronomical%20phenomena%20this%20summer%20from%20your%20home%20at%20Abama.jpg?width=638&name=see%20astronomical%20phenomena%20this%20summer%20from%20your%20home%20at%20Abama.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/this-summer-enjoy-the-night-sky-from-your-home-at-abama?hsLang=en) Posted 25/06/2026 [This summer, enjoy the night sky from your home at Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/this-summer-enjoy-the-night-sky-from-your-home-at-abama?hsLang=en) [![Las unit in Las Atalayas villas Abama Resort](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/last%20unit%20in%20Las%20Atalayas%20Abama%20Resort.jpg?width=638&name=last%20unit%20in%20Las%20Atalayas%20Abama%20Resort.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/last-unit-in-las-atalayas-buy-a-luxury-villa-in-tenerife?hsLang=en) Posted 16/06/2026 [Last Unit in Las Atalayas: Buy a Luxury Villa in Tenerife](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/last-unit-in-las-atalayas-buy-a-luxury-villa-in-tenerife?hsLang=en) [![Festivals and summer celebrations near your home at Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/romerias%20and%20festivals%20near%20your%20home%20at%20Abama.jpg?width=638&name=romerias%20and%20festivals%20near%20your%20home%20at%20Abama.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/festivals-and-summer-celebrations-near-your-home-at-abama?hsLang=en) Posted 09/06/2026 [Festivals and summer celebrations near your home at Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/festivals-and-summer-celebrations-near-your-home-at-abama?hsLang=en) [![The finest move-in-ready luxury penthouse in Tenerife: Los Jardines de Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/hs-fs/hubfs/move-in%20ready%20luxury%20penthouse%20in%20Tenerife%20Abama%20Resort.jpg?width=638&name=move-in%20ready%20luxury%20penthouse%20in%20Tenerife%20Abama%20Resort.jpg)](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/the-finest-move-in-ready-luxury-penthouse-in-tenerife-los-jardines-de-abama?hsLang=en) Posted 22/05/2026 [The finest move-in-ready luxury penthouse in Tenerife: Los Jardines de Abama](https://blog.abamahotelresort.com/the-finest-move-in-ready-luxury-penthouse-in-tenerife-los-jardines-de-abama?hsLang=en) #### Abama Resort Brochure 2019 Get your copy of the latest Abama Resort brochure today.
